v We exist to transcend
denominations and to be a place for all who desire a close relationship with
God and God’s Family.
v The Sacraments are Christ’s
gifts of grace and available to all in the name of Jesus. We seek to heal the wounds of those who have
felt left out, neglected or unwelcome, especially members of the lesbian, gay,
bisexual and transgender community.
v We welcome those who have
been denied the Sacraments because they are unmarried with children, divorced,
remarried, or married “outside the church.”
v We believe that families
come in all shapes and sizes and our ministry to families welcomes all in their
diversity.
v Ordination and all forms of ministry are open to
women and men as they are called by God and the call verified by the church.
v As
part of the one, holy catholic and apostolic church, our mission is rooted in
the gospel of Jesus Christ.
v
We provide an affirming evangelical and sacramental
presence to all in their diversity.
v
As an ecumenical community, we strive for the
prophetic work of fostering unity while celebrating the various faith
traditions among Christians in accord with Jesus΄ prayer "...That we may
all be one."
v
As a people of God, we are called to ministries that
are loving, inclusive, and justice bearing for the sake of God’s reign by
breaking down the divisions among the human family
